Supply Chain SaaS and Design System
In recent years I’ve gained extensive experience working across a wide portfolio of ecommerce, supply chain, and logistics solutions (both desktop and mobile). This project details my experience collaborating with a large product and design team for a redesign of a complex SaaS platform, along with efforts to build and maintain a new design system in Figma. Government Health Website Redesign
While working at Leidos, I was part of a project team supporting the website for one of the country’s primary federal health agencies. My role consisted of conducting a detailed usability analysis across all pages of the website and redesigning key information pages. Additionally, this project was my first professional experience working within a new design system. Client’s name redacted for privacy.
Client-Facing User Research Study
Autio, formerly HearHere, is a California-based startup that I worked with as an independent user researcher in a client-facing role. In its early stages, I conducted an in-depth user research study to help the founders better understand their users and gain early feedback of the app’s designs in beta.
Case Study: End-to-End Research and Design
Space Academy was a conceptual project I completed as the capstone for my user experience design certification. The project is an excellent example of the full design process including user and competitor research, information architecture, hi-fidelity prototypes, and usability testing.
Independent App Development
Stranger Trivia was a mobile trivia app I created with friends, where I was the sole designer and developer. The project was a great learning experience that taught me how to solve complex problems on my own and how to better understand the work developers do to bring products to life.
While on the Google Play store for a year, it accumulated over 15,000 downloads and an average rating of 4.36/5.
